Start with where the sign will be used
A short-term event banner and a permanent outdoor sign have different material and finishing needs. Tell us whether the piece will be displayed indoors or outdoors, how long it needs to last, how it will be mounted and what exposure it will face.
We supply sign-making substrates and review printed banner and graphic requests. The quote confirms the available production method, substrate, finishing and service location. Installation or other additional work must be specifically included in the scope.
Artwork and quote information
- The finished width and height, units, quantity and desired completion date.
- Your logo or artwork, preferably a vector file for line work and a suitable-resolution image for photography.
- Colour requirements, print sides, placement of graphics and any brand specifications.
- Indoor or outdoor use, mounting method and finishing needs such as hems or eyelets.
You can share a file link in the request or email artwork. If the supplied artwork needs preparation, we will identify that work before proceeding.
Substrates, letters and display components

Proof, scope and timing

Can you help if I only have a logo?
Send the logo, finished size and intended use. The team will review artwork quality and any preparation needed for the selected print or fabrication process.
Are all signs suitable outdoors?
No. Substrate, print system, mounting and exposure determine suitability. Include the environment and intended lifespan in the request.
Does the service include installation?
Only work explicitly confirmed in the quote is included. Tell us about mounting or installation requirements so they can be reviewed.
