Custom Fluorescent & LED Light Lens Replacements
Replace a cracked, yellowed or missing fluorescent or LED light cover. Send photos, dimensions and the lens profile so we can review a flat or line-bent replacement and confirm fit, material and availability.
Match the cover to the fixture
Light covers vary in width, length, thickness, texture and edge profile. A replacement needs to fit the fixture supports and suit the heat and lighting conditions. A photo alone may not establish an exact fit.
For an existing cover, measure the part and show how it sits in the fixture. If the cover is missing, photograph the opening, retaining clips and fixture label, and provide the opening and support dimensions.
Flat panels and line-bent profiles
Ask about cut-to-size flat diffusers and line-bent covers. Other profiles require a capability review; drape-formed replacement shapes are not part of the confirmed corporate offering. The team will confirm the replacement approach and material before fabrication.
Browse stock light lenses and diffusers first if you have a standard panel. For a fabricated assembly or other acrylic component, use acrylic fabrication.
What to send for a replacement
For help recording the dimensions of a flat panel, read our light-lens measuring and replacement guide. Include the edge profile and retaining details when requesting a custom cover.
- Photos of the whole fixture, the old lens and its end profile, plus the fixture label if available.
- Length, width, thickness and units; include bend angles, lip dimensions and how the lens is retained.
- The fixture type, indoor or outdoor use, quantity and any known heat exposure.
- A sketch, tracing or sample information if the profile is difficult to measure.
Before sending a physical sample, arrange it with the reviewing shop.
Fit, heat and timing review
We review the dimensions, profile, material and fixture environment together. We do not promise a universal fit, heat rating or certification for every fixture. Production timing and pickup or delivery options are confirmed after the review. Provide your city and postal code so the request reaches the appropriate service review.

Can you replace a lens without the original part?
Photos of the fixture and accurate opening, support and retaining-clip dimensions can start the review. The team may need more information before confirming a replacement.
Can you reproduce any curved cover?
Flat and line-bent options can be reviewed. Other shapes require a capability assessment; drape forming is not part of the confirmed corporate offering.
Do you offer standard replacement panels too?
Yes, check the linked light lens collection for stock options. A custom request is appropriate when the standard size or profile does not match.
