Professional PVC vinyl adhesive for durable, flexible repairs
HH-66 Vinyl Cement is an industrial-strength contact adhesive made for flexible PVC vinyl and vinyl-coated fabrics. It creates a waterproof, flexible bond for repairs and fabrication involving vinyl tarps, inflatables, pool liners, awnings, tents, covers and other compatible PVC products.

RH Adhesives gives a general planning rule of approximately one fluid ounce for one square foot of both surfaces being bonded. Actual use varies with the substrate, application method and waste. Follow the current container directions rather than treating this as a guaranteed yield.
Application essentials
- Confirm that both surfaces are compatible PVC vinyl or vinyl-coated material.
- Work in a properly ventilated area away from flames, sparks and other ignition sources.
- Prepare and clean the surfaces using the current RH Adhesives directions and the item manufacturer's requirements.
- Apply a thin, controlled film to the required surfaces and observe the specified coat sequence and open time.
- Position carefully, press firmly and roll the bond to remove trapped air.
- Keep the repair unloaded for the full cure period stated in the current directions before testing or returning it to service.
