Choose the stock form

• Sheet: specify thickness and finished dimensions for liners, wear strips and cut blanks.
• Rod: specify diameter and length for round machining stock.
• Chain channel and profiles: match the part code, cross-section and chain designation to the assembly.

Virgin or reprocessed UHMW?

The range includes separately labelled black virgin and black reprocessed sheet. Colour alone does not identify the grade. Use the designation required by the drawing or application.

Replacing a wear profile

Send the existing part number, a dimensioned cross-section, chain type and required length. Identify whether you need the plastic insert, its support channel or both. For a wear application, include load, speed, temperature and abrasive contamination.

Sheet, length-priced stock and fixed pieces use different sale units. Check the selected listing; a fixed profile piece is EA. Send a profile drawing or replacement requirement for help matching the stock.
