Elasto-Barrier® Adhesive Base Coat is a water-based, elastomeric, liquid rubber primer designed to seal, protect, maintain, and renew existing roofs. Use on properly drained tar & gravel roofs in areas subjected to ponding water as a part of AMES® Roof Coating Systems. Must be top coated with a suitable AMES® UV-Resistant top-coat.
