CNC Design Guidelines
Please submit your design in vector formats such as: SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, or PDF.
Make sure your file is scaled to actual dimensions and uses clean, closed paths without colour fills or overlapping shapes.
Minimum part size is 6"x6" (152mm) , and hole diameter should be at least 1/8" (3 mm). If you have smaller parts please ask as we may be able to accommodate them using a mix of tooling.
Delivery & Lead Time
We aim to complete most plastic cutting jobs within 5 to 7 business days. Once your design is approved and materials are confirmed, we’ll get to work and notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup or shipping.
