A custom acrylic replacement lens can restore the fixture's appearance and light output while saving on equipment and installation costs.
1. Send Your Dimensions and a Photo
Provide the measurements of your existing light lens or opening, along with a photo of the lighting fixture.
2. We Fabricate Your Replacement Lens
Using our CNC router and laser cutting equipment, we custom cut a new acrylic light lens to your specifications.
3. Install and Restore Your Fixture
Receive your custom-made replacement lens and easily restore the appearance and performance of your fluorescent or LED lighting fixture.
Light Lens Sheets
We supply raw light lens sheets for a wide range of lighting applications, providing a convenient solution for fabricators, contractors, and maintenance teams. With access to a variety of lens styles and materials, we offer quick turnaround times for both replacement and custom-cut requirements.
Delivery & Lead Time
We aim to complete most plastic cutting jobs within 5 to 7 business days. Once your design is approved and materials are confirmed, we’ll get to work and notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup or shipping.
