Shipping policy

We ship within Canada via Fedex & In-Express.

Orders are processed next business day after receipt of order, pickup and delivery depends on individual carrier.

Some of our products can be quote large/heavy and exceed the limits for parcel-post and package courier and must be shipped LTL, where noted.

We cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes or AP/FPO addresses

Some Products are offered "On Display to Order" or (ODO). These products are available in-store but not online, available for custom order upon request, or may require custom fabrication by our in-store plastic fabrication shop, to achieve your individual customization request. ODO products require a unique cost quote to be offered for customer approval prior to order. They are offered "In Store, for Free Pickup" and upon request, a custom shipping rate will be provided to you for your approval prior to purchase.
