Custom Acrylic Fabrication

Turn an acrylic sheet, sketch or drawing into a display, cover or assembled component. Ask about cutting, drilling, edge finishing, bonding and line bending, with the final material and shop capability reviewed for your project.

Clear acrylic display case

Fabrication for displays and practical parts

Acrylic can be used for clear display cases, point-of-sale components, signs, protective covers and other fabricated parts. The combination of cutting, drilling, polishing, bonding and line bending depends on the design and the shop completing the work.

We can work from your drawing or discuss a sketch and reference photos. Tell us which surfaces need to remain clear, which edges will be visible and how the finished piece will be supported or attached.

Material and process selection

Cast and extruded acrylic have different processing characteristics. We review the grade and thickness against your appearance, bonding and machining needs. For impact, heat or outdoor exposure, describe the conditions before we recommend a material.

Line bending can create a defined bend in a flat sheet. Drape forming is not part of the confirmed corporate fabrication offering. Polycarbonate heat bending is limited to the confirmed thickness range of up to 3/16 inch and still requires a project review.

What to include in your quote request

  • A dimensioned drawing or sketch with units, material thickness and quantity.
  • Bend locations, hole positions, bonds, mounting details and the desired edge finish.
  • The intended indoor or outdoor use, impact or heat exposure and any relevant load.
  • A photo of the existing part, display space or mounting location if you are replacing something.

We confirm the fabrication scope, tolerances and timing in the quote. Drafting support is not an engineering approval.

Application limits and related services

We do not offer fabricated plastic parts as compliant regulated vehicle glazing or make blanket safety, ballistic or certification claims. If you need a marine replacement panel, provide the application and original specification so suitability can be reviewed before fabrication.

Browse acrylic materials and shapes, compare CNC router cutting and acrylic laser cutting, or use our light lens replacement service for a fixture cover.

Questions before you request a quote

Can you build from a sketch?

Yes, a sketch and dimensions can start the review. We may need a fabrication drawing and clarification of critical details before quoting or building the part.

Do you provide curved or drape-formed parts?

Line bending is a confirmed process. Drape forming is not in the confirmed corporate offering; other profiles require a capability review.

Is the same fabrication available in every shop?

No. Victoria, Mission and Kelowna have confirmed cutting, drilling, polishing, bonding and line-bending capabilities. CNC equipment and other processes differ by location; Richmond scope requires review.

What happens next

  1. Share your project

Send dimensions, material, quantity and a drawing or photos when available.

  2. Review the scope

We assess the process, service location and any information needed to quote.

  3. Confirm the quote

Price, tolerances, timing and pickup or delivery are confirmed for the agreed work.
