DeRUST™ – Rust Remover: Effectively removes rust off steel substrates (including rust-bleed and cross contamination on stainless and other materials).  Safe for use on virtually any substrate including painted metal (will not remove paint).  Removal by wiping or washing leaves surfaces ready for painting or fabricating without additional surface preparation.

DeRUST™ will also effectively remove patina from copper and brass

Available in 2 formulas – GEL, and LIQUID 

• Water-based, fully biodegradable formulation
• Will not pit or corrode healthy metal –even with extended dwell time
• GEL Version for spray-on and brush-on applications
• LIQUID Version for dip tanks, flushing systems and immersion applications
• GEL version can be applied and left to form a protective crust for transport/storage.  Easily removed by pressure washing when needed – clean, rust-free surface is exposed

Surface Prep: First, preclean surfaces to remove all oils, grease, dirt and other contaminates, using Protocol’s DEEP CLEAN XTREME or other alkaline cleaner / degreaser.
