BC Code Regulations
FRP sheets in BC must meet the BC Building Code and Fire Code. They need a Class 1/A flame-spread rating of 25 or less and a smoke-developed rating of 450 or less, tested under CAN/ULC S102 or ASTM E84. In wet areas, panels must provide a waterproof finish, usually up to 1.8 m.
