All our HDPE containers are certified either, UL, IBC or UN and are acceptable for storing and transporting NAPL contaminated groundwater.
These polyethylene containers can be used for both (Light) LNAPL and (Dense) DNAPL contamination.
What is NAPL?
Non-aqueous phase liquids, or NAPLs, are organic liquid contaminants characterized by their relative immiscibility with water. Common examples of NAPLs are petroleum products, coal tars, chlorinated solvents, and pesticides.
Our High Density Polyethylene containers are acceptable for storing Light NAPL (LNAPL) contaminated groundwater.
We offer 5-gal containers, 45 gallon used poly drums and can source used 1,000L IBC totes for this purpose.
