Custom & Standardized Stencils
We can cut custom stencils for roadwork, parking lots, or other painting needs, with CNC precision. Whether you have a drawing or not we can make the stencil design you need.
Materials
We can cut Stencils from LDPE, HDPE, Arena board and more. Polyethylene plastics are durable, flexible, and due to its extreme chemical resistance, easily cleaned after use.
CNC Precision
We can cut your stencil to your specifications using a provided drawing or work with you to build a design. Our CNC Router and Laser allow us to accurately cut stencils with precision.
Final Delivery
We can have your finished stencils shipped anywhere in canada, or available for pickup from our Victoria, Mission, Richmond, or Kelowna locations.
Standardized or Custom
We have Standardized Highway Gothic Fonts and graphics available or we can go with a completely custom design.
If you have your own drawing or art, we can accept .dwg, .ai, .svg, .pdf or other vector files directly or work with a image to create the vector drawings needed for the CNC Process.
Stock Sizes: 4x8ft with thicknesses of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", or 1/4".
LDPE is the standard for stencils due to its durability and flexibility allowing it to be rolled up for storage. However many other materials are available depending on your needs.
We can offer HDPE, Arena Board, ABS, almost any material we sell normally can be routed into a stencil. We do however recommend polyethylene plastics as they can easily be cleaned of any paint after use.
Common Stencil Patterns
We also have premade designs for common stencil patterns that can be purchased and shipped without a custom fabrication order.
