This Food Grade natural polyethylene pail is ideal as a beverage fermentation pail. Other typical uses include food production, ice cream, yogurt, or condiment manufacturing.

The most common use for these pails are food grade plastic primary fermenter with snap on (not airtight) lid. Great for fresh fruit wine making, mead-making and larger batches of beer. Gives you room to stir things up! 10 gallon capacity (when filled to top rim). Designed for primary fermentation stage of wine and beer making. No airlock hole in lid and should not be required in the primary fermentation stage. 

Pail comes with a lid that is not air-tight, made out of FOOD GRADE materials and Natural Color, smooth surface inside makes it very easy to sanitize.

You will have enough space to make two batches at once or just one with enough space for degassing and mixing your wine properly.

The 10 Gallon Pail is the perfect size for making fruit wines, meads and fresh grape wines that vigorously ferment.

The 20 Gallon size makes it very useful for any large batch wine/beer/spirits maker.
