(AOR) Aluminum Oxide Remover – For the safe and effective removal of oxidation, corrosion and contaminants from aluminum surfaces.  In 1-step it cleans and brightens surfaces for polishing.  It preps surfaces for welding by removing oxides / hydroxides which contribute to porosity of aluminum welds.  Contains NO hydrofluoric (HF), sulphuric acid or ammonium bi-fluoride. 

AOR’s fully-biodegradable and sustainable formula is for;

1. Surface cleaning & removal of oxidation (polishing will replace shine)
2. Pre-cleaning of aluminum surfaces to prep for welding (eliminates porosity in weld seams)
3. Post cleaning of aluminum after welding (removing smut)
4. Surface preparation of aluminum prior to some painting applications

AOR uses “Smart Chemical Technology” to quickly remove oxidation and inhibit it from quickly returning.    It is available in GEL ( for spray-on/brush-on) and LIQUID (dipping) formulas.  AOR’s HF-free formula will not pit or damage surfaces ensuring precision machining and honing and requires only water to rinse surfaces.   Not for use on clad aluminum.
