Rust-Oleum Marine Coatings Primer for Wood & Fiberglass provides a sandable base for compatible topside paint on wood, fiberglass and suitably prepared previously painted surfaces.
Use it above the waterline only. The manufacturer specifically excludes below-waterline use. Surface contamination, loose coating and defects must be addressed before priming; follow the product’s preparation and recoating instructions.
