Casting resin or surface coating?

Choose colour and kit size
Compare colour pigments, metallic pigments and glitter pigments. Select the effect and colour within the correct pigment family. Check whether a kit’s stated size describes the combined resin and hardener quantity before calculating your order.
Plan the pour before mixing
Project volume, pour depth, room temperature and the mould affect the choice of system. Follow the exact resin’s instructions for sealing porous material, measuring, mixing and curing. Use the FlowCast product resources, FlowCast SPR instructions and EcoPoxy support and technical documents.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use one epoxy for both deep casting and a tabletop coating?
Choose the system for the application. Casting and coating formulas have different working limits; follow the selected product’s technical sheet instead of applying another resin’s pour depth or mix ratio.
Will every pigment produce an opaque colour?
No. The pigment type, loading and resin depth affect the result. Make a small trial with the intended materials and stay within the manufacturer’s recommended pigment loading.
