Preparation is part of the system
Identify the substrate and existing coating before choosing a primer. Review Multi-Purpose Primer, cleaners and Geo-Textile reinforcement fabric. Fabric reinforcement and peel-and-stick seam tape are different products; use the detail specified in the coating instructions.
Plan quantity and application
Measure the area and allow for the required number of coats, seams and penetrations. Package volume alone does not determine finished coverage. Check the exact product instructions for substrate preparation, coverage, drying, weather conditions and water exposure.

No. Select the coating and primer for the substrate, existing finish, traffic and water exposure. If those details are uncertain, send our team photographs and a project description before ordering.
Should I choose Smooth or Textured deck coating?
Select the finish for the intended area and follow the manufacturer’s system instructions. Do not assume a textured finish guarantees slip resistance under every condition.
