Build the right epoxy system
- Resin: 105 Epoxy Resin is used with the specified WEST SYSTEM hardener.
- Hardener: compare 105-system hardeners for working time, temperature and the intended finish. Match the package group and dispensing equipment.
- Fillers: choose 403 Microfibers, 406 Colloidal Silica, 407 Low-Density filler or 410 Microlight for the specified bonding or fairing task.
- Specialty adhesives: G/flex products form a separate system; use their own mix and application instructions.
Bonding and fairing need different fillers
