Nylatech Blue Cast Nylon 6 Tube. Heat-stabilized blue cast PA6 for machined wear components.
Select your tube size
3–6 in outside diameter (OD). Select OD, then inside diameter (ID).
Sold each (EA): quantity 1 = one complete tube. Standard length: 52 in. Length is not a separate option.
Choosing Blue
Consider Blue where heat stabilization is required. Compare Natural for general service or Super Black for a black, heat- and UV-stabilized grade. Food Grade Blue is a different formulation.
Tube is machining stock for bushings, sleeves and rings, not finished bearings or pressure-rated pipe. Nominal wall thickness = (OD − ID) ÷ 2.
Other tube grades: Natural · Natural-Oil · MD · Oil-Filled · SL · MD-Oil · PVM · Super Black.
Allow for machining: dimensions are nominal stock sizes, not finished-part tolerances. Nylon absorbs moisture; consider dimensional change, temperature, chemicals and operating loads when specifying close-fitting parts.
