Nylatech Oil-Filled Cast Nylon 6 Tube. Oil-lubricated cast PA6 for machined sliding and rotating wear components.
Select your tube size
3–6 in outside diameter (OD). Select OD, then inside diameter (ID).
Sold each (EA): quantity 1 = one complete tube. Standard length: 52 in. Length is not a separate option.
Choosing Oil-Filled
Consider Oil-Filled where regular external lubrication is difficult. Compare MD-Oil for a moly-and-oil formulation, or Natural-Oil when food-contact documentation is required.
Tube is machining stock for bushings, sleeves and rings, not finished bearings or pressure-rated pipe. Nominal wall thickness = (OD − ID) ÷ 2.
Other tube grades: Natural · Natural-Oil · Blue · MD · SL · MD-Oil · PVM · Super Black.
Allow for machining: dimensions are nominal stock sizes, not finished-part tolerances. Nylon absorbs moisture; consider dimensional change, temperature, chemicals and operating loads when specifying close-fitting parts.
