Product information

Nylatech Natural Cast Nylon 6 Sheet. Unfilled cast PA6 for general-purpose machined wear parts.

Select thickness and area

Sold per square foot (SFT): quantity 1 = 1 sq ft. Select a 0.25–4 in thickness. Standard stock is 2 × 4 ft; one full sheet contains 8 SFT.

For cut pieces, specify length × width and piece count. The SFT quantity alone does not define a cutting layout.

Choosing Natural

A starting point for general wear components. Compare Oil-Filled when internal lubrication is needed, or Blue for heat-stabilized material.

Sheet or plate is a starting form for flat wear pads, strips and machined profiles. Plan the part layout and finished thickness before selecting stock.

Other sheet grades: Natural-Oil · Blue · MD · Oil-Filled · SL · MD-Oil · PVM · Super Black · Food Grade Blue.

Allow for machining: dimensions are nominal stock sizes, not finished-part tolerances. Nylon absorbs moisture; consider dimensional change, temperature, chemicals and operating loads when specifying close-fitting parts.

Food contact: The manufacturer reports Natural and Natural-Oil meet 21 CFR 177.1500. Confirm the supplied grade’s declaration for your food-contact conditions; this does not certify the finished part.
