Nylatech MD-Oil Cast Nylon 6 Rod. Cast PA6 combining moly modification and internal oil lubrication.
Select diameter and footage
Sold per linear foot (LFT): quantity 1 = 1 ft of material. Choose a 3–14 in diameter. The price is per foot, not per four-foot bar.
For cut lengths, specify each piece’s length and the number of pieces; total footage alone does not define the cuts.
Choosing MD-Oil
Consider MD-Oil for loaded parts with slow movement and difficult lubrication access. Compare MD without oil lubrication or Oil-Filled without moly modification.
Rod provides a solid starting shape for turned rollers, pins and similar parts. For a large through-bore, compare tube stock to reduce centre material removal.

Allow for machining: dimensions are nominal stock sizes, not finished-part tolerances. Nylon absorbs moisture; consider dimensional change, temperature, chemicals and operating loads when specifying close-fitting parts.
